The fine print.
- All pricing is listed in USD and CAD.
- Bi-weekly plans are billed in advance.
- Minimum billing is 5 minutes.
- Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
- Work beyond a plan is billed at the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
- Fixed-price projects are based on an agreed scope. Additional work may need a change request and revised quote.
- Odoo licenses, Odoo.sh subscriptions, hosting, third-party software, cloud services, hardware, travel and external vendor costs are not included unless stated.
- The 5% Partner Rewards rebate applies only to eligible Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh subscriptions managed under the NGYN partner relationship, subject to Odoo partner program policies.
- Future NGYN products, pricing, features and release dates may change without notice.
- Some highly specialized technologies may need additional project resources or third-party expertise.
- Delivery schedules depend on scope, client responsiveness, data quality, third-party dependencies and complexity.
- Unless covered by a separate Service Level Agreement, services are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.
