Bi-Weekly plans are billed in advance.
Minimum billing is 5 minutes.
Unused monthly hours do not roll over unless specifically agreed in writing.
Additional work beyond a monthly plan will be billed at the standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed.
Fixed-price projects are based on an agreed scope. Additional work may require a change request and revised quotation.
Odoo licenses, Odoo.sh subscriptions, hosting, third-party software, cloud services, hardware, travel expenses, and external vendor costs are not included unless specifically stated.
The 5% Partner Rewards rebate applies only to eligible Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh subscriptions managed under the NGYN partner relationship and remains subject to Odoo partner program policies.
Future NGYN products, pricing, features, and release dates are subject to change without notice.
Some highly specialized technologies may require additional project resources or third-party expertise.
Delivery schedules depend on project scope, client responsiveness, data quality, third-party dependencies, and project complexity.
Unless covered by a separate Service Level Agreement, services are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.
